When I told my girls Amanda Wolf and Nicola Kitchen my thoughts and fears of moving in this crazy market..they were so understanding and they said we will work with you if you find a place. I was very lucky to find a beautiful apartment and it all fell into place. Theses woman were so amazing and so professional and so kind to me, it just goes to show how much they enjoy what they do. Thankyou for everything and looking after my needs and the communication throughout the years. If I need to find a new home they will be the first i will turn too. Thanks girls and all the best. Nikki Galea25 May 2024We had purchased a property in Adelaide through Adprop in 2021 virtually from Melbourne during Covid times, Roger went above and beyond to make the process run smoothly, he was extremely kind and thorough and even helped us with the renovations after the purchase. Amanda and Nicola who has handled the rental side of things has been amazing since day one, both are extremely warm and kind. We have recently sent a friend to Roger to assist her with purchasing a property virtually as well and we were delighted but not shocked at the effort and customer service provided to our friend. 100% recommend this business and friendly team.

From our inspection/application to moving in and (unfortunately) vacating early due to a change in circumstances the amazing team at ADPROP were so so easy to work with, understanding, kind and very professional. They understand that life happens, kids are kids and houses are lived in. Amanda and Nicola absolutely amazing women, working in an amazing company!! If we ever feel the need to move back we will be going straight to ADPROP for help! However we are (shamelessly, and possibly a little selfishly) hoping they’ll expand to all across Australia and we will be able to work with them again in the future! Love this team! Roger, Amanda and the rest of the team looked after our rental property for over 8 years and were fantastic to deal with the whole way through. Adprop certainly provide a personal touch and personal understanding in their dealings with you as the property owner which gave us all the confidence in the world that our property was being well looked after by both the agents and the various tenants we had. Would absolutely use Adprop again in the future (wouldn't look anywhere else). They are also genuinely industry experts and can provide greater advice when required.

They are an approachable, professional team who have accurately reported any tenant/maintenance issues and assisted in the negotiation of amicable outcomes. They have access to maintenance trades, a bonus when you don't live local, and provide photo evidence inspection reporting, tenant management and bill payment service. Their professionalism in property management gave us the confidence to also engage Roger to run our sales campaign, the result exceeding our expectation. We highly recommend AdProp for both Property Management and Real Estate Sales.
